SerenDPT can be reached by ACTV vaporetto, getting off at the Giudecca Palanca stop, just a few minutes’ walk from the venue. For those arriving from outside Venice, it is possible to start from Piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia railway station, or Tronchetto and continue by vaporetto towards Giudecca. The facility also has a private watergate for access by canal and loading/unloading operations.

The spaces include 1 coworking room with 6 desks, 5 private offices, and 2 meeting rooms with an indicative capacity of 15 to 20 people. The areas are designed for different work needs: individual workdays, client meetings, team activities, professional meetings, training courses, and presentations.
