Purchase entries (Nodeys) using the dedicated tool in the Workers section (The Service). These are one-time purchases, with no subscription commitments or service fees. We recommend buying multiple Nodeys at a time so they are ready whenever you need them, making the process even faster and smoother! 
Once you get some credits, browse the offices map: find the one that best fits your needs and complete your reservation following a simple step-by-step process. 1 Nodey equals one workday at a network office (Daily Desk) or one hour in a Meeting Room.

Simply select the Flexible Office where you wish to work, then choose your booking type from the available options (Desk, Meeting Room, or Private Office). Indicate the date, duration (in hours for Meeting Rooms, or full/half-day for Desks), and the number of people. Next, fill out the contact section with the required details: first name, last name, email, phone number, and company. After completing your booking, the Nodey cost is deducted from your wallet. A confirmation will then appear in your booking history, containing all the essential details.

All you need to do is check-in by going to the front desk, saying your name and specifying that you have booked with NOTONLYDESK, then wait for the staff to show you where to settle down.

Each booking has a standard cost of 1 Nodey. 1 Nodey is equivalent to one full working day in one of the network’s flexible offices (Desk solution), or 1 hour of Meeting Room booking. For added flexibility, it is also possible to book a half-day Desk solution at a cost of 0,5 Nodeys.

There is currently no app available, but we are working on it! Our goal is to offer an even simpler and more straightforward experience from mobile soon.
