Nodeys are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can use them whenever you want, with no constraints on frequency or continuity.
The Basic Plan allows companies to purchase Nodeys and allocate them to their employees, providing flexibility in access to workspaces. Yes, the Nodeys are shareable but the reservation must be made by the person who purchased the Nodeys. Each location is bookable by a single user, so each participant must have their own Nodeys to gain access. In the case of meeting rooms, the person making the reservation will be responsible for inviting other participants.
There is currently no app available, but we are working on it! Our goal is to offer an even simpler and more straightforward experience from mobile soon.
The main difference lies in how Nodey is accessed and managed. Companies can activate a Basic or Pro plan, which allows them to purchase Nodeys in bulk and distribute them to their team members as needed. Individual workers, on the other hand, do not need a plan-they can purchase Nodey directly on their own. In this case, the more Nodeys purchased, the lower the unit cost, thus providing flexibility and savings.
