Simply select the Flexible Office where you wish to work, then choose your booking type from the available options (Desk, Meeting Room, or Private Office). Indicate the date, duration (in hours for Meeting Rooms, or full/half-day for Desks), and the number of people. Next, fill out the contact section with the required details: first name, last name, email, phone number, and company. After completing your booking, the Nodey cost is deducted from your wallet. A confirmation will then appear in your booking history, containing all the essential details.
All you need to do is check-in by going to the front desk, saying your name and specifying that you have booked with NOTONLYDESK, then wait for the staff to show you where to settle down.
Each booking has a standard cost of 1 Nodey. 1 Nodey is equivalent to one full working day in one of the network’s flexible offices (Desk solution), or 1 hour of Meeting Room booking. For added flexibility, it is also possible to book a half-day Desk solution at a cost of 0,5 Nodeys.

Yes. With a single booking, you can reserve the number of workstations you and your colleagues need to enjoy an inspiring day of co-working, away from your usual office or anywhere across Italy. Please keep in mind that, currently, the Nodeys payment is charged only to the person who makes the booking. We are working on a feature that will allow Nodeys transactions between users, so that the person booking for a group can be "repaid" by the others. If this is not an option, you can each book the same office from your individual accounts and simply ask to the staff at the check-in to be seated at the same table.

Absolutely! Within the “My Nodeys” section, users registered as employees can either purchase credits for private use or request some from their company. Once a request is submitted, it can be approved or declined by the person managing the corporate account. If approved, the employee will be notified and can then proceed booking Flexible Offices.
Your Company Dashboard includes an Analytics section with a monthly and yearly bar chart. This feature gives you full visibility into booking patterns and usage frequency by your employees at any NOTONLYDESK partner’s Flexible Office.
You can check it yourself in a simple and immediate way! In the dedicated Analytics section, you’ll find monthly and yearly bar charts related to your company’s bookings, costs and rankings. This allows you to independently evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and raise the bar for better results! 🚀

In “My Workstations” area, you can track: • Available Workstations: Vacant spaces ready for booking. • Booked Workstations (via NOTONLYDESK): bookings made through our platform. • Booked Workstations (via other channels): bookings from external sources (e.g., your website). • All Workstations: your overall inventory. The section also features a revenue breakdown, allowing you to compare income from NOTONLYDESK against other booking streams.
"My Workstations" section is a feature that allows you to view the real-time status of your Flexible Office/Coworking space in detail, starting from its individual bookable solutions: Desks, Meeting Rooms, and Private Offices. Simply select the Coworking space you wish to view from the list (if you manage multiple locations), and a general overview of each solution's availability will appear. The color-coded classification provides an immediate visual summary of the status: - Green: Available - Blue: Booked (via NOTONLYDESK) - Red: Booked (via other channels) By clicking on an individual solution (e.g., “Desk no. 5”), you can view the specific details of the bookings made for that unit: dates, times, usernames, and applicable rates. Additionally, alert messages will notify the owner of urgent tasks, such as performing check-ins or preparing the spaces.
